VAFC welcomes all players and continues to provide an environment that is accessible for everyone to play. There is no additional uniform fee U3 to U18, with the exception of some DIV1 Select teams. Registration fees for U7 through U18 include a $60 volunteer fee that is refunded for team officials including coaches, assistant coaches, and managers after season start. Players registering after the deadline and/or after teams are full will be placed on a waitlist. If you cannot make any of these allocated times, please email us and we may be able to accommodate your schedule with another group that is already training.Registration deadlines will be extended for age groups where players can still be accommodated. Training Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays The Program includes 4 weeks of 3 sessions weekly, and access to your trainer once weekly for individual feedback during "office hours".ĭates: Start anytime in this 4 week (12 session) program Training groups are built by age and gender, and players can expect daily modules on ball mastery, strength/agility, and fitness, as well as weekly activities on tactical and social mental development of an athlete. The program involves 3 training sessions weekly, covering the full 4-corner development of a soccer player's physical, technical, tactical and social/mental abilities. This program is for the high school aged players who want to invest time in pushing their game to the next level.
